About Alex
Alex McQuiggin is the founder and owner of Blair Property Management, established in 2016. With over a decade of hands-on experience in property maintenance, Alex has built the company around professionalism, consistency, and high standards of care.
Alex is a graduate of the Turf Management program at the University of Guelph, where he specialized in turfgrass biology, soil systems, and best management practices. He also holds a diploma in Business Management from Fanshawe College, combining technical expertise with structured, client-focused operations.
Driven by a genuine passion for turf health and property excellence, Alex approaches each project with long-term results in mind.
